About Me
As the oldest child in a large Irish family, I have always been passionate about human development and what makes people of all ages thrive. Having a deeply rooted connection to the land, the ancestors, the community and the spirit was an essential part of growing up in Ireland.
My move to the US as a young adult gave me many opportunities to study and develop a professional life in a multicultural environment. A deep foundation in early childhood development roots my understanding of the importance of early influences in our lives. My psychotherapy training came after heavy losses of family members in my own life. My addiction studies answered many questions of what prevents thriving and how to return to self-regulation.
Now I enjoy working internationally from my home in Ireland. I am continually inspired by new developments in neuroscience, somatic practice and the potential of awakening to full awareness in our lives. The planet is calling us to wake up and we can answer that call together and live with more ease, connection, engagement and purpose.
